Because our production are made to order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

We provide two shipping options:
- Economy (5-8 Business Days)
- Standard (2-5 Business Days)
Shipping times start from the time the order was placed plus processing time. The shipping fee will be included in your final bill, unless it was waived due to some promotion. Shipping fee is non-refundable and it will be deducted from the cost of refunded store credits, if you are eligible to receive such credits.
Shipping and Delivery
At this time, Wild Wagz ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package.
Wild Wagz staff will do it's best to help resolve any issues, and achieve total customer satisfaction.
Care Instructions
For best durability and long‑lasting softness, please care for your item as follows:
- Wash inside out
- Wash with cold water
- Air dry or tumble dry on low
- Use mild detergent
- Do not iron directly on the design
When you first open your product, you might notice a faint square around the design. This is completely normal from the printing process and will disappear after the first wash. If for any reason it doesn’t, please reach out to us at info@wildwagz.com and we’ll take care of you.
